ValleyIHP Partners are non-clinical supporters and do not hold voting rights or board eligibility within the organization. ValleyIHP is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit professional community. Payments are not considered charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. However, payments may qualify as a business expense if made with the expectation of a business benefit, such as name recognition or brand visibility.
