ValleyIHP offers engagement opportunities for organizations and individuals who support independent healthcare in the Lehigh Valley and are not eligible for clinical membership.
ValleyIHP Partner opportunities are focused on education, visibility, and community engagement. They do not involve patient referral arrangements or clinical decision-making of any kind. All engagements are conducted in full compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
Who Can Participate
Partner opportunities are designed for organizations and individuals who support ValleyIHP's mission of advancing independent healthcare in the Lehigh Valley. Eligible partners may include:
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) companies
- Pharmacies
- Health-related service vendors
- Medical technology providers
- Community wellness organizations
- Healthcare-aligned businesses & advocates
Partner opportunities are not open to physicians, non-physician healthcare providers, or physicians-in-training.

- One 30-minute educational or informational presentation, followed by a 15-minute live Q&A and 15-minute in-person meet-and-greet with attending physician members

ValleyIHP Partners and Event Sponsors are non-clinical supporters and do not hold voting rights or board eligibility within the organization. ValleyIHP is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit professional association. Payments made to the organization are not considered charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. However, payments may qualify as a business expense when made for purposes such as visibility, recognition, or brand awareness.
